Kenny Omega confirme sa pause du ring à Dynamite

Lors d’un segment avec Adam Cole et The Young Bucks hier, à Dynamite, Kenny Omega a confirmé – à travers son personnage – qu’il prendra du temps pour lui.

L’ex-champion de la AEW – qui a perdu son titre contre Hangman Adam Page à Full Gear – a confiè à ses amis de The Elite qu’il doit changer certaines choses. Il en a profité pour féliciter Page, pour ensuite demander aux autres membres du clan de “garder le fort” en son absence.

“You know I haven’t watched the match back yet from Full Gear and people are already asking me when the rematch is gonna be. When are you gonna get your belt back Kenny. I lost that match; the elite lost the night. Quite frankly I am a little disgusted.

Not in you hanger, you won. Congrats. Really congrats. I feel like there is things I gotta fix and there is things I gotta change and I can’t do it here. So if I can count on you to hold the fort while I am gone, I would really appreciate it”

Cole a répondu qu’il prendra la situation en main. Omega a toutefois ajouté un peu de tension en soutenant qu’il s’adressait aux Young Bucks.

Une querelle en vue au sein de The Elite? Ou même un “face turn” à prévoir pour Omega à son retour?

Omega quitte durant un certain temps, rappelons-le, afin de soigner plusieurs blessures qui se sont accumulées au fil des ans. Une opération à une épaule serait aussi dans les plans.
