Jim Cornette critique la WWE pour ne pas avoir embauché Jay Lethal

Jim Cornette est souvent très dur à l’endroit de la AEW. Mais il lui arrive aussi de critiquer la WWE de manière virulente.

Sur son podcast Drive-Thru, Cornette n’en revient pas de constater que la WWE a “raté le bateau” en n’embauchant pas Jay Lethal alors qu’il est devenu agent libre depuis que Ring of Honor a libéré ses lutteurs.

Lethal, qui compte 20 ans d’expérience en lutte professionnelle et qui a remporté plusieurs titres majeurs, a décidé de joindre la AEW.

Cornette félicite la AEW pour cette signature, blamant la WWE d’avoir laissé aller un lutteur de ce calibre, en plus d’avoir abandonné plusieurs talents au profit de la compétition..

“So AEW got another one here. Again and the WWE, considering the state of their talent roster – they did not go for Jay Lethal, they do not go for the Briscoe’s, or they do not go for one or two others. Once again the WWE let the opposition take all the f****** wrestlers that the fans, especially the most dedicated fans – are sympathetic to. This is because they have either been fired, or their companies let them go, or they gone out of business or whatever.”

Lethal affrontera Sammy Guevara ce soir, à Dynamite, avec le titre TNT en jeu.
