On n’en est pas encore rendu à des rumeurs “officielles”, mais de plus en plus de sites s’intéressant à la lutte spéculent sur la possibilité que Dean Ambrose soit incorporé au match de championnat de la WWE à Wrestlemania 32, pour ainsi rejoindre Triple H et Roman Reigns.
Sur Cleveland.com (le site Web d’un journal de Cleveland), le chroniqueur Troy L. Smith avance que Roadblock pourrait être l’occasion, pour la WWE, de “rebrasser les cartes” à la suite de l’accueil froid des fans face au match entre Triple H et Reigns.
La WWE pourrait, selon lui, faire en sorte que si Ambrose bat Lesnar à Wrestlemania 32, il obtiendra le droit de faire partie du match pour le titre mondial.
The Bleacher Report suggère la même théorie, soit un “triple threat match” opposant Triple H, Reigns et Ambrose.
“The longer Ambrose clashes with Triple H and The Authority, the more WWE needs to seriously think about putting the winner of his scheduled match with Lesnar into the main event, making it a Triple Threat match.
Yes, Ambrose and Triple H are slated to fight for the heavyweight title at Roadblock later this month, but we all know how that one is going to end. This shouldn’t be the end of their feud, though; it should roll on right through to WrestleMania, providing Ambrose can do the unthinkable and beat Lesnar.”
Le texte fait également un parallèle entre Ambrose et Daniel Bryan, affirmant que les fans sauront convaincre la WWE qu’Ambrose – le favori des foules – mérite une place dans le match pour le titre mondial… pour peut-être même être couronné champion.
Même son de cloche pour International Business Times, qui croit que Roadblock représente pour la WWE le prétexte parfait afin de changer ses plans. Ambrose pourrait-il devenir champion samedi… ou tout au moins forcer la main de Triple H et l’intégrer dans le match principal de Wrestlemania 32?
L’article fait valoir d’ailleurs que lorsque Reigns a été attaqué par Triple H, à RAW, c’est ce dernier qui a été applaudi et non Reigns…
“Because of what’s transpired over the last few years, it certainly can’t be ruled out that WWE will change course and insert Ambrose into the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania 32. He’s clearly the most popular full-time wrestler that isn’t currently injured, and that fact has never been more evident than in the last two weeks.
When Triple H attacked Ambrose on Monday, the live crowd was in full support of the Lunatic Fringe. When the COO attacked Reigns a week earlier, the reaction was just the opposite, and Triple H was treated like a babyface.”
Enfin, le site WhatCulture.com a fait la liste des 10 raisons pourquoi la WWE a mis sur pied un match entre Triple H et Ambrose à Roadblock. La raison numéro 1: pour donner la chance à Ambrose de faire partie du match final à Wrestlemania 32.
“Vince is a man who rewrites shows several times a day. He’s infamous for changing his mind about things. Roadblock at least gives him the opportunity to make a change, if he should want to. Saying that, the safe bet is still on Ambrose losing. If a change was made, perhaps Ambrose wins to set up a WWE Title match versus Roman Reigns.
Or perhaps Ambrose versus Reigns versus Triple H happens at WrestleMania. They could even add Lesnar in to the mix and make it a four way. It would certainly resolve the problems posed with the main event.”
