Tony Khan ne savait pas de quoi CM Punk allait parler après All Out

Le président de la AEW, Tony Khan, a enfin commenté – du moins en partie – la controverse entourant CM Punk après All Out.

En appel-conférence pour la promotion de Full Gear, Khan n’a pas voulu préciser si Punk reviendra à la AEW.

Il a toutefois félicité Punk pour sa contribution à la AEW avant la controverse.

“I can’t comment on that. I have nothing but positive things to say about the contributions CM Punk has made in AEW on-screen and certainly a lot of positive things to say about the things he did in AEW to date, and I can’t comment on that. But I do understand why you’d ask, and I appreciate you asking.

Khan a également soutenu qu’il ne savait pas de quoi Punk allait parler lors du point de presse après All Out. Rappelons que Punk a notamment insulté Colt Cabana, Hangman Page et The Elite.

Khan ajoute qu’il était concentré sur le reste du point de presse.

“I did not know — I never know exactly — I mean, no I did not know. But I will not comment beyond that except to say that I had Keith [Lee] and Swerve [Strickland] coming up right after that and Toni Storm after that.”
