John Cena et The Rock se sont affontés deux fois à Wrestlemania, soit en 2012 et en 2013. Leur rivalité, si on en croit Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, était réelle.
En entrevue au Jimmy Kimmel Show, alors qu’il est en tournée de promotion pour le film “Rampage”, The Rock a avoué que la tension entre les deux hommes n’était pas uniquement une “storyline”.
Il a cependant ajouté que Cena est maintenant un de ses meilleurs amis.
“In the world of wrestling, as you guys know, it’s fictionalized, it’s a TV show. But we had our rivalry, and now we can look back on it, it was so real. Like, we had real problems with each other. We had real issues with each other.
“Now… he’s one of my best friends. We talk all the time, I’m rooting for him to win.”
