Sting dans des matchs cinématiques?

Depuis son arrivée à All Elite Wrestling lors de l’événement Winter is Coming du 2 décembre dernier, beaucoup d’amateurs étaient contents de le voir apparaître, mais restaient avec une certaine incertitude sur sa capacité de pouvoir lutter.

Sports Illustrated avait rapporté récemment que la AEW prévoyait que Sting puisse combattre dans une certaine mesure, mais malheureusement on ne sait pas quel point.

Lors de son apparition sur le podcast AEW Unrestricted, Sting a confirmé qu’il aimerait faire des matchs cinématiques avec la AEW. Il a également mentionné que Tony Khan lui avait demandé s’il était ouvert à cette idée. Il avait essayé de convaincre la WWE qu’il puisse faire ce type de match avec Undertaker avant son départ de la compagnie, mais malheureusement cela ne fut pas possible.

“Here recently I didn’t want it to end the way it ended [in WWE]. I was pushing to get a cinema style match with Taker. For probably a litany of different reasons it just wasn’t going to happen.”

“So, when Tony called and, you know and spoke with me, he said ‘are you interested in doing cinema style matches?’ I said, ‘Yeah, I am [laughs] I am.’ So, I thought I’d like to come back and do that and not disappear again with my tail between my legs. I’d love to be able to go out and, I don’t want to go out on top, just to go out in a positive light, you know?’
