Seth Rollins vs Jon Stewart: du sérieux? / Jeff Jarrett aimerait travailler avec quelle légende pour la GFW?

Plus tôt cette semaine, nous vous rapportions que Seth Rollins et l’animateur télé Jon Stewart ont lancé une guerre virtuelle. Rollins a même proposé de confronter Stewart au “Daily Show”.

Si cette rivalité doit bel et bien voir le jour, la WWE pourrait aller de l’avant cette semaine. Stewart enregistre des émissions à New York de lundi à jeudi. Or, la WWE tiendra un gala dans cette ville vendredi (au Madison Square Garden).

Stewart est un fan de longue date de la WWE et a assisté à quelques galas, dont “Money in the Bank” l’an dernier, à Boston.

Dans une entrevue pour Nerds of Evolution Radio, Jeff Jarrett a avoué que s’il le pouvait, il demanderait à The Rock de l’aider à lancer la Global Force Wrestling.

Il fait valoir que The Rock est à la fois un grand athlète, un grand lutteur et une star du cinéma.

“In my opinion this is a no brainer. When you have a guy that is 3rd generation, knows the business inside and out and comes up and becomes the hottest box office attraction in the world; The Rock. I mean he’s on a completely different level. He’s a movie star, a great athlete and a great wrestler. I think you’d have to absolutely start with him. Then you go back a couple generations and look at the great wrestlers like Buddy Rodgers, Jerry Lawler…The Von Erichs; but you’d have to go Rock. Then you know, Hulk Hogan. His record speaks for itself. He had Hulkamania and then was right back on top 15 years later with the nWo.”
