Ronda Rousey a-t-elle besoin de Paul Heyman?

Même si Ronda Rousey bénéfice d’une solide réputation en tant qu’athlète, il semble que son manque de talent au micro pourrait freiner son ascension à la WWE.

Plusieurs fans ont critiqué Rousey hier, à Elimination Chamber, alors qu’elle bafouillait de temps à autres, en plus d’avoir des propos qui ne collaient pas bien à sa personnalité.

La possibilité d’avoir un porte-parole flotte dans l’air et Paul Heyman – qui pourrait perdre Brock Lesnar au profit de l’UFC prochainement – serait un excellent candidat.

Dave Meltzer, de Wrestling Observer Radio, se questionne cependant sur l’efficacité d’un tel duo car Heyman est davantage un “heel”, alors que la WWE cherche à faire de Rousey une nouvelle “Stone Cold” Steve Austin qui défie l’autorité (Stephanie McMahon et Triple H).

“The problem is that you’d have Heyman as the mouthpiece against Stephanie, okay. But the key to this angle is this is the remake of the Stone Cold/Vince McMahon angle only it’s with Stephanie and Ronda Rousey. Okay, that’s the idea it may not end up this way because that was magic and this may not be magic but that’s the goal, that’s the gimmick.”
