Roman Reigns, le meilleur lutteur à la WWE? Oui selon… Chris Jericho!

Oui, vous avez bien lu le titre de cette nouvelle. Chris Jericho considère que Roman Reigns est probablement le meilleur lutteur à la WWE actuellement.

En entrevue pour Sports Illustrated Now, Jericho soutient que les fans trouvent “cool’ le fait de huer Reigns, tout comme John Cena et jadis The Rock. Mais il affirme que Reigns est très certainement le #1 de la compagnie et qu’il suscite plusieurs réactions.

“For whatever reason, it’s the cool thing to boo Roman Reigns, just as it was the cool thing to boo John Cena, just as it was the cool thing to boo The Rock.”

“Roman Reigns might be the best wrestler in the company. And I’m telling you that because if people are interested in what you’re doing whether they’re booing or whether they’re cheering, they’re still gonna pay money to see you.”

Jericho ajoute que la WWE a décidé de faire de Reigns un “tweener” (un mélange de heel et de face), ne croyant donc pas qu’un heel turn soit nécessaire.

“I wouldn’t change it right now. Obviously the boss has decided Roman is going to be a tweener. It’s like football or baseball or hockey, not everybody’s going to cheer for the same team, as long as you’re making noise. And Roman’s not stale.”
