Odyssey Jones aurait bel et bien quitté la WWE

Selon The Wrestling Observer, Odyssey Jones ne ferait plus partie des lutteurs de la WWE.

On apprenait hier que le profil de Jones sur WWE.com n’était plus en ligne, ce qui a nourri bien des spéculations.

Une situation surprenante, compte tenu que Jones – qui a fait récemment ses débuts à RAW – était impliqué dans une histoire avec The New Day.

Or, hier soir à RAW, Jones étaient absent et aucune référence à cette relation avec The New Day n’a été faite.

Dave Meltzer a mentionné sur Wrestling Observer Radio que, selon quelques sources, Jones a bel et bien été libéré par la WWE.

Il a entendu des histoires quant à la raison de son départ, mais rien n’est encore confirmé.

“He was taken off the roster page. My presumption, I mean, I’ve asked around, and if it had been any kind of a glitch or something I think by now it would have been corrected, or we’d have heard it’s a glitch. I’m relatively certain he’s done, but it has not been confirmed anywhere. I’ve heard a bunch of stories, but nothing that I would say is confirmed but it looks like he’s no longer with the company.

But no mention on his angles done, no mention on the show. No clips of if he was injured or something, no acknowledgement of him at all. Kofi Kingston was on, and there was no acknowledgement of what they’ve been doing. So, I mean, he’s off, he’s gone. As far as the reasons why I think that that will probably come out or whatever it is.

Obviously he was in for a push. It had nothing to do with how he was getting over, because he was doing really well. But there’s obviously a story that is probably going to come out in the next day or so I would guess. I don’t know. I mean, there’s certainly a lot of rumours around I’ll say that, but there’s nothing that I can confirm at this point in time.”
