Matt Cardona veut terminer sa carrière à la WWE

Matt Cardona, qui connaît une très belle carrière sur la scène indy, souhaite tout de même revenir à la WWE afin d’y terminer sa carrière.

L’ex-Zack Ryder, qui a été libéré par la WWE il y a quatre ans, a émis ce commentaire lors d’une entrevue pour Sports Illustrated.

Cardona croit même qu’il est actuellement plus près d’un titre mondial à la WWE que lors de son passage au sein de la compagnie.

Il rêve de lutter au moins une autre fois à Wrestlemania et au Madison Square Garden, cette fois-ci en tant que Matt Cardona, ajoutant que son personnage de Zack Ryder l’a préparé pour tout ça.

“I think right now in summer 2024, being released from WWE for four years, I honestly feel like I’m closer to the WWE world title than I was when I worked for WWE.”

“I’m proud to be the ‘Indie God,’ I’m proud to be the face of GCW, but when it’s all said and done, I want to end my career in WWE. I want to have another WrestleMania moment, I want to be in Madison Square Garden, but as Matt Cardona. Zack Ryder is dead.”

“I am so fortunate for Zack Ryder for the highs and the lows, the good and the bad because it set me up for this. It prepared me for this.”
