Depuis quelques jours, les spéculations vont bon train quant à l’avenir de Tyson Kidd, qui est à l’écart du ring pour plus d’un an à cause d’une blessure au cou.
MLW Radio soutient cependant que la WWE a bel et bien renouvelé le contrat de Kidd il y a quelques mois.

Lucha Underground se prépare à tenir des “house shows”. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter rapporte que quelques lutteurs ont été contactés pour des événements à San Diego, Phoenix et Houston en octobre.

En entrevue pour le Podcast Talk Is Jericho, Kevin Owens a avoué qu’il aimerait que les spectateurs réagissent à son endroit de la même manière que pour John Cena.
Owens adore lorsqu’une foule est divisée entre ceux qui applaudissent et ceux qui huent Cena. Il trouve ça complètement fou et très agréable, car ce climat de confrontation lui plait beaucoup.
“Even at a live event in, man, I’m trying to find a town that we did, like, a tiny town in Illinois, I forget, Danville, Illinois, I believe, I’m in the middle of the ring [Cena’s] music hits and the noise, no matter how big the building is, no matter how big the crowd is, no matter if they’re tired because it has been a long night, the noise, because it’s boos and it’s cheers, and it just hits the middle of the ring, it’s the craziest sound. And to me, that’s what I want one day. I don’t want to be universally loved or hated. I want to have people going at it with each other because that’s what John has. My look, it really had people at polar opposite sides, like, ‘oh, he looks terrible’ or ‘oh no, it sets him apart’. That’s to me, I like it. I like that some people hate it. I like that some people love it because I want that confrontation. I don’t want anybody going, ‘meh, I don’t care.’ Also the people who really hate it, bring out the people who love it. It’s kind of funny, but that’s how it works.”
