L’ex-gérant et arbitre Teddy Long – qu’on a vu entre autres comme gérant général à Smackdown – affirme que le “heel turn” de John Cena à Elimination Chamber colle bien à la réalité.
En entrevue pour The Wrestling Time Machine, Long a soutenu que Cena a bien fait d’entreprendre ce nouveau personnage plus méchant car il est exactement comme ça dans la vie.
“I think this was the best thing John Cena could’ve ever done. He’s gonna do a good job with that because that is exactly what he is. He is a heel in real life.”
Long ajoute que c’est simplement son opinion, sans toutefois donner d’exemples confirmant son affirmant sur Cena.
“I’m just speaking, so don’t go acting stupid and saying stuff. I’m just saying, I’ve been around him, I’ve worked with him.”
