Incident à All Out en 2022: Kenny Omega et CM Punk se sont expliqués

La fameuse altercation lors du PPV de la AEW All Out en 2022, impliquant CM Punk et The Elite, a suscité bien des tensions et des réactions. Kenny Omega est revenu pour la première fois sur cet incident sur Twitch.

Omega avoue qu’il a échoué en tant que vice-président exécutif quant à sa volonté de faire régler le calme et la paix ce soir-là… sauf pour sauver Larry, le chien de CM Punk.

“I thought my duty as an EVP during Brawl Out would be to enter the situation while there was chaos, de-escalate it, and create a peaceful environment for everyone. I was able to create a peaceful environment for the most important person in that altercation, and that was Larry. […] To get little Larry out of there was the most important thing to me and that was the success.”

Omega soutient qu’il n’a aucune colère à l’endroit de Punk et qu’ils sont maintenant en bons termes.

“It’s just mutual respect. We were never bad. Honestly, if it wasn’t for a complete other factor, we would have been able to have that talk on the night of ‘Brawl Out’. There’s no issue between him and I, as far as I know.”
