Ilja Dragunov, qui vient d’arriver à la AEW, veut le titre continental.
En entrevue pour AEW Advance, diffusé sur les médias sociaux, Dragunov a affirmé qu’il souhaite faire partie du tournoi Continental Classic.
Il apprécie grandement ce tournoi.
“I mean, it’s possibly one of your favorites for a reason. There is a lot of thought that I have on the Continental Classic because looking back at 2023, Eddie Kingston. 2024, [Kazuchika] Okada. ‘25, [Jon] Moxley.”
Dragunov admire la persévérance et la force des lutteurs au niveau mental lors de ce tournoi, qui implique des blessures et des moments mémorables.
La victoire d’Eddie Kingston l’a particulièrement marqué.
“This tournament represents mental toughness, because as far as I remember, all these people went through injuries, through setbacks, through really memorable moments, especially with Eddie. A big moment. A big emotional moment.”
