CM Punk prévoit prendre sa retraite dans trois ans

CM Punk

CM Punk a annoncé qu’il prendra officiellement sa retraite du ring à l’âge de 50 ans.

En entrevue pour Mick Joest, de CinemaBlend, Punk a confirmé qu’il lui reste donc trois ans avant de quitter sa carrière de lutteur.

Le champion mondial de la WWE se sent encore jeune, sans toutefois avoir la prétention de lutter aussi longtemps que Terry Funk ou Ric Flair.

“When I was 15, if you asked me if I’d be wrestling when I was 40, I would tell you ‘No, that’s crazy. 40 is so old.’ I’m 47, and I don’t feel old yet,” Punk explained. “Terry Funk wrestled for a long time, Ric Flair wrestled for a long time. I mean, there’s luchadors that are like in their 70s that are still doing it. Do I want to be doing that? Probably not.”
