Callum Newman, le plus jeune champion de New Japan Pro Wrestling de l’histoire

Callum Newman, âgé à peine de 23 ans, est le nouveau champion mondial de New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Le plus jeune champion mondial de l’histoire de cette promotion a vaincu Yota Tsuji lors de l’événement Genesis.

Will Ospreay, qui était présent à ce gala, a félicité Newman pour sa victoire. Il a animé un séminaire qui comptait Newman parmi ses participants.

“This was one of the best moments of my life to watch a kid that I started mentoring when he turned 15 and his parents brought him to me seminar. Congratulations to the youngest ever IWGP Heavyweight champion.”

On pourrait voir prochainement Newman et le clan United Empire à la AEW aux côtés de Ospreay, qui est la cible du clan Death Riders.
