Big Show, qui se prépare tranquillement à prendre sa retraite du ring, aimerait bien devenir éventuellement joindre la table des annonceurs.
Le lutteur format géant a confié à Sports Illustrated qu’il se voit en tant que commentateur. Il en a d’ailleurs discuté avec Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler et JBL.
“That’s definitely a possibility. That’s something I’ve discussed quite heavily with Michael Cole, Jerry Lawler, and JBL. I need to sit down with Vince and Hunter to see what’s next for the Big Show.”
Certains anciens lutteurs, dont Gorilla Monsoon, Jerry Lawler, Booker T et JBL, ont par la suite oeuvré comme commentateurs et ont pu ainsi partager leur expérience en tant que lutteur. Big Show croit qu’il peut remplir cette mission.
“Vince is all about giving opportunity, and Hunter is, too. Doing color commentary to help get the talent over is not something I’m opposed to doing. I could speak from my experience, but my number one goal would be to highlight why you should pay attention to what you are seeing in the ring.”
