Le gérant général de RAW, Kurt Angle, a récemment parlé de la possibilité qu’il revienne dans le ring comme lutteur lors d’une entrevue pour FoxSports.com.
Angle affirme être en forme, mais ajoute qu’il doit être patient.
“I feel great. When you’re an athlete the way I’ve been my entire life — you want to get into the ring but I have to be patient and see how it pans out.”
“The Olympic Hero” attend toujours le feu vert des médecins de la WWE, mais il a subi des tests anti-drogue dans le cadre du code de bonne conduite. Il mentionne qu’en tant qu’athlète, ces tests sont nécessaires.
“I haven’t taken the physical to wrestle but the drug testing — I’m part of that. I’m a talent on TV. Although they don’t treat me as a wrestler, if you’re a talent, you’re involved in everything. “You can get drug tested at any point in time.”
Si Angle a la permission des médecins de lutter éventuellement de nouveau, il s’attend à ce que son “fils” Jason Jordan soit le catalyseur de ce retour.
“I would say I will most likely wrestle. I have not taken a physical yet. I’m basically waiting on the boss. It’s up to Vince McMahon. I would imagine I will. I’d imagine the storyline is going to go somewhere with Jason Jordan, so I’m just being patient and enjoying the general manager job. Hopefully, eventually I’ll get back to wrestling.”

Un fan a sauté la barricade pour entrer dans le ring hier soir, lors d’un événement de NXT à Tampa.
L’incident est survenu lors d’un match entre The Undisputed Era et le trio Kassius Ohno/Heavy Machinery.
Kyle O’Reilly a rapidement fait regretter à ce spectateur sa décision, en le frappant au visage pour ensuite l’expulser du ring. Ouch.
