Daniel Bryan: la retraite d’ici deux ans / À la quête d’un autre titre par équipes?

Même s’il est très heureux de pouvoir continuer sa carrière à la WWE en tant que lutteur, après une longue absence, Daniel Bryan parle déjè de retraite.

En entrevue sur The Bellas Podcast, le lutteur âgé de 38 ans a répondu qu’il pourrait effectivement prendre sa retraite à plein temps plus tôt qu’on le croit (d’ici deux ans), notamment car il veut consacrer plus de temps à sa famille.

“My retirement from full-time wrestling which will be coming up sooner rather than later in the next couple of years, that probably won’t mean retirement for [Brie Bella] for how busy you are,” he said. “It will probably be me taking on more of the parental role, and so depending on jobs and that sort of thing, that’s been a nice switch in society that can happen.”

Il faudra donc profiter au maximum des matchs livrés d’ici deux ans par Bryan, qui ralentira probablement le rythme jusqu’à sa retraite. Rappelons qu’on le verra dimanche, à Hell in a Cell, aux côtés de Roman Reigns contre Erick Rowan et Luke Harper.

Certaines spéculations tournent autour d’une équipe permanente pour Reigns et Bryan, qui pourraient fort bien tenter de remporter le titre par équipes de Smackdown.
