Tony Khan nie les rumeurs sur son intérêt pour l’acquisition de Bellator

Alors que l’animateur et journaliste Ariel Helwani affirme que Shahid Khan et son fils Tony sont intéressée à acquérir la promotion d’arts martiaux mixtes Bellator, Tony Khan soutient que c’est faux.

Khan a démenti la nouvelle lors d’un appel-conférence en lien avec le PPV Forbidden Door.

Il soutient avoir été surpris par les propos de Helwani, mettant en doute sa crédibilité.

“I was surprised to see that report. I haven’t had any conversations with them about that, so I don’t know what that was about. My father hasn’t had any conversations with them either. I’m not even sure who you talked to. I don’t even know, honestly, who owns the promotion. Is Scott Coker the owner? Or the President? I’m not sure.”

“…It wouldn’t be the first time he’s inaccurately reported something.”
