Elimination Chamber: Austin Theory conservera-t-il son titre américain?

Les spéculations vont bon train sur la possibilité qu’Austin Theory demeure champion américain après le “Elimination Chamber Match” qui aura lieu le 18 février, au Centre Bell de Montréal.

Les adversaires de Theory seront alors Seth Rollins, Johnny Gargano, Montez Ford, Damian Priest et Bronson Reed.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter mentionne que Theory a participé à un segment qui sera diffusé en mars, dans lequel il détient sa ceinture. Il est possible que la WWE change tout de même ses plans, mais ce serait peu probable.

Dave Meltzer serait surpris que Gargano et Ford remportent le titre. Reed serait un choix audacieux et Priest demeure celui qui aurait plus de chances de détrôner le champion américain.

“Gargano and Ford are unlikely to win unless the plan is to split up the Street Profits, which has been talked about but unless they have a major plan for Ford there is no reason to do so. Reed is a longshot but they could and probably will try to portray him in a manner to become a bigger star. Priest could win at this stage and would probably be the favorite aside from Theory.”

Quant à Rollins, il a un rendez-vous presque assuré avec Logan Paul pour Wrestlemania 39.

Theory défendrait son titre américain contre John Cena lors du même événement.
