La “Forbidden Door”, qui symbolise les interactions entre plusieurs promotions de lutte, est encore une fois ouverte… même pour Dixie Carter.
L’ex-présidente de la TNA/Impact Wrestling a en effet participé au plus récent épisode de Ring of Honor, mettant en vedette le tournoi féminin, en ligne sur YouTube.
Elle a livré un court message afin de féliciter la divison féminine de ROH, souhaitant bonne chance aux participantes.
“Hey there, it’s Dixie Carter, former President of Impact Wrestling. One of the greatest things about my time in wrestling was getting to spend it with the incredibly talented women that wrestled for us every week. Nothing made me prouder than to see them shine in the main event, carry their own pay-per-view or be the highest-rated segment on television, which they often were.
“And today, women’s wrestling has never been better or stronger. So to all the ladies competing in the Ring of Honor Women’s Championship Tournament, I just wanted to say congratulations and good luck.”
La dernière présence de Carter à Impact Wrestling remonte au début de 2016, avant que la compagnie soit vendue à Anthem. Elle a participé, en 2017, dans une émission sur Kurt Angle diffusée sur le WWE Network.
