Une occasion ratée pour Ricochet au RAW Reunion

Est-ce que vous étiez surpris, lors du segment impliquant des membres de DX et de la NWO lors du RAW Reunion, d’y voir Seth Rollins, qui semblait d’ailleurs se demander lui-même pourquoi il était là?

C’est normal car dans les faits, Rollins ne devait pas faire partie de ce moment spécial.

Dave Meltzer a soutenu, sur Wrestling Observer Radio, que c’est bel et bien Ricochet qui devait affronter AJ Styles, mais une infection du coude l’a empêché d’être dans le ring.

Ricochet aurait bénéficié grandement de ce segment, car les légendes qui ont chassé The OC du ring en auraient profité pour souligner qu’il sera la prochaine grande star de la WWE.

“Ricochet has an elbow infection, so the whole spot that Seth did with AJ Styles, that was all Ricochet. The whole idea of the D-X thing, you know, which was – again, I do not know that this was a Paul Heyman idea, but I know that Ricochet is one of his projects and I know the idea for the show was for – one of the big ideas on the show was that Ricochet gets the big rub at the end from D-X, where they endorse him and they say he’s the next big thing, and that was what that segment was supposed to be.

And you know, Ricochet was not cleared to do anything, so Seth Rollins took his place.”

On espère que Ricochet, un des grands favoris de Paul Heyman, aura l’occasion de se reprendre car si tout va comme prévu, il fera bientôt partie des grandes vedettes de la WWE. Et pour longtemps.
