Même si les lutteurs de la WWE peuvent refuser d’aller en Arabie Saoudite pour l’événement Crown Jewel, ils pourraient recevoir des amendes.
WrestleVotes confirme cette possibilité, ajoutant même que les lutteurs en question pourraient en subir les conséquences quant à leur positionnement au sein de la WWE.
“They could say they’re not going, and they won’t get paid, and the rest of their career will be reflective of that. Not the pay, but the stigma — the position that they might find themselves no longer in. They can say, ‘I’m staying home. I’m watching it on my couch. You can figure it out,’ but things may be different when they go back to work.”
Le groupe TKO a toujours l’intention de présenter Crown Jewel à Riyadh, le 7 novembre, malgré les troubles politiques au Moyen-Orient et de potentielles menaces au niveau de la sécurité.
