Dans une entrevue pour le Bill Simons Podcast, The Undertaker a livré son impression sur Vince McMahon dans la “vraie vie”, alors que bien des gens spéculent sur sa personnalité à partir du personnage que l’on voit depuis de nombreuses années à la télévision.

The Undertaker soutient que son patron l’a accompagnè à l’hôpital, quittant les lieux de Wrestlemania 30, après sa commotion cérébrale subie durant son combat contre Brock Lesnar.

Il ajoute que McMahon est perçu comme un tyran, mais c’est au contraire quelqu’un de généreux. Il sait faire rouler une entreprise, mais les oeuvres de charité sont très importantes pour lui et sans que ça soit connu publiquement.

“Most people think he’s this tyrant, but you really only get to see it if you’re close to him, he’s just such a giving person. He’s a really kind giving person, he knows how to run business obviously, but for years all the charities we worked with there was no publicity about any of it.”

The Undertaker mentionne qu’il participe à la Fondation Make A Wish (pour les enfants malades) depuis longtemps et que ce ne fut pas publicisé. McMahon aime également participer aux événements Tribute to the Troops, en prenant l’avion avec la délégation de la WWE. Il soutient que McMahon a un très grand coeur.

“We worked with Make A Wish for years and you never heard a word about it because that’s not what he was about. Tribute to the Troops, every year whether it was Iraq or Afghanistan, he was on that plane with us. I don’t think people realize what a big heart he has and how much he cares about the people around him.”
