Un lutteur “banni” de Super ShowDown… pour ses tatouages!

On apprenait hier que Kevin Owens et Daniel Bryan ont refusé de participer à l’événement Super ShowDown, qui aura lieu le 7 juin en Arabie Saoudite.

Wrestling Observer Radio rapporte qu’Aleister Black sera également absent de ce gala. Mais dans son cas, ce n’est pas sa décision.

Dave Meltzer mentionne que ce sont ses tatouages qui ont motivé ce choix, sans savoir si ce sont les autorités de l’Arabie Saoudite ou la WWE (ne voulant froisser le gouvernement) qui ont exigé le retrait de Black.

“Aleister Black’s situation, I don’t know the full details, what I do know is that this was not his choice. This was a choice made for him. I don’t know if it was made by the Saudi Arabian government or by WWE because they didn’t want to offend the Saudi Arabian government.”

Ces tatouages auraient une connotation religieuse, ce qui pourrait causer un conflit majeur.

“The deal with him is that his tattoos apparently have some religious connotations that the belief is will offend the hosts of the show so they don’t want him going.”

John Cena et Sami Zayn (à cause de ses racines syriennes) seront également absents lors de cet événement.
