David Starr (agression sexuelle) :
Max, David Starr, you have killed me time and time again over the past 7 years. I haven’t read your apology yet, but I can imagine I’m not in it, I’m that hidden secret you held onto when everything else was falling apart. Well, that’s no more. pic.twitter.com/oIiO5U19L3

Jimmy Havoc d’AEW (violence psychologique) :
This story isn’t in any order. A lot of my memory of this abuse is disordered because i was battling drink and substance abuse to cope. That DOES NOT make it invalid.
I’m #speakingout because I dont want anyone else to be hurt. And I don’t think i’m alone.

En réponses à ces dénonciations, plusieurs personnalités du monde de la lutte ont encouragé les victimes à parler publiquement de ce qui leur est arrivé :
Stories secret for years finally coming out. Sexually abused, harassed, played, raped… Names being called out. It's not easy. Bravo to the amazing strong ladies taking a stand today! Our business is so sick though, it is heartbreaking. #SpeakingOut
— LuFisto (@LuFisto) June 18, 2020
As a promotion, we continue to do whatever is needed to stem any and all forms of sexual misconduct. The only way to do this is to make sure these guys don’t end up in our locker room. But if we have no names, we cannot help. Please come forward. We’ll listen. https://t.co/NkB12wooQC

This seems like a great time to remind people that telling someone they should’ve come out with their story when it happened is not acceptable. In our world, there have been more consequences for the people #SpeakingOut than the actual offenders. That needs to change.

You're no "boy" of mine if you're an abuser. I was raised by a single black mom, a hard hand to draw and she played it out.
We show respect. We get consent. We see them as equal.
WE DON'T PROTECT TRASH. If you KNOW what's going on and protect it; you're a monster too.

I’m disgusted by what I’m reading.
Well done to those speaking out. I really hope we can make British wrestling a better place and keep everyone safe.
This is a huge eye opener and let’s hope it will force a big change.

I was taught at the time to ignore the dark side of wrestling, to grow thick skin. As a teenager, I didn't understand the severity of it all. MANY have had it much worse than I. Listen to their stories. We can be better. #SpeakingOut

I finally had time this morning to check Twitter and let me tell you I was not ready for what I saw. I thought I knew the world of wrestling and the people in it a lot better, guess I didn't. It is sickening that these things are happening and that shit must stop.#SpeakingOut

You don’t have to share your pain. But if you do, realize how incredibly brave you are. Sharing your pain may prevent someone from experiencing that same pain. My heart is with you. #SpeakingOut

I pray our industry is swiftly rid of all these predators & abusers. To everyone brave enough to tell their story, I’m so sorry you had to endure this. #SpeakingOut

The things I have read today have made me sick to my stomach.
