New Japan ouvert à collaborer avec la AEW

Le président de New Japan Pro Wrestling, Harold Meij, a soutenu en entrevue pour FOX Sports Australia que la promotion est ouverte à l’idée de travailler avec All Elite Wrestling.

Meij soutient que New Japan n’exclut aucune collaboration avec les autres promotions de lutte, ajoutant qu’il faut prendre le temps de créer des liens de confiance.

“We’re very open to working with anyone, we don’t exclude anyone. But it does take time to create that trust between companies.”

Meij affirme que la AEW est en période exploratoire, tentant d’établir sa propre identité. New Japan doit décider si ce sera compatible avec sa philosophie déjà en place.

“And right now AEW is still in the exploratory phase; they’re trying to establish themselves as a brand, what is that brand? They’re about one year in, and we’re starting to see what their brand is all about. Then we’ll have to see if that brand fits our brand of course.”

Le président de New Japan mentionne que les relations avec Ring of Honor sont toujours excellentes.
