Davey Boy Smith au Hall of Fame?

Davey Boy Smith, un membre de la légendaire équipe The British Bulldogs pour ensuite avoir mené une belle carrière en solo, serait intronisé au Hall of Fame de la WWE cette année.

Dave Meltzer soutient, sur Wrestling Observer Live, que ce sera effectivement le cas.

“So obviously they announced Batista and the nWo, these are confirmed. The Bella Twins people know about them, that was out last week along with Jushin Liger and the other one is Dave Boy Smith. Dave Boy Smith will be going into the Hall Of Fame.”

Davey Boy Smith a fait ses débuts à la WWE en 1984, pour quitter quatre ans plus tard. Il a fait un retour en 1990, pour quitter et ensuite revenir en 1994, formant une alliance avec Owen Hart, Bret Hart, Jim Neidhart et Brian Pillman pour ainsi former une nouvelle “Hart Foundation”.

Il a également lutté à la WCW, mais c’est à la WWE que Smith – décédé en 2002 – a le plus brillé, avec un total de sept titres.
