Jadis un leader au sein du Bullet Club, Cody se distance peu à peu de ce clan et se dit prêt à tourner la page, ainsi que pour son association avec Ring of Honor.
En réponse à un fan sur Twitter, Cody a répondu que Jay White a pris la relève et qu’il a adoré faire partie du Bullet Club.

The Young Bucks, Hangman Page et Cody ont récemment annoncé que les plus récents t-shirts à l’effigie du Bullet Club seront les derniers à vie.
Cody a d’ailleurs confirmé sur Instagram qu’il quittera Ring of Honor afin d’entreprendre un nouveau chapitre dans sa carrière.
