WWE.com a mis en ligne un texte qui démontre l’importance de AJ Styles dans le monde de la lutte.

On y mentionne que Styles a remporté plusieurs titres à travers le monde, en plus de mentionner qu’il a déjà été choisi le meilleur lutteur au monde par Pro Wrestling Illustrated.

Le texte fait également subtilement référence à plusieurs compagnies rivales, dont la TNA (Orlando), en plus de souligner son succès au Japon et les rumeurs sur l’arrivée de lutteurs de New Japan – dont le Bullet Club – à la WWE.

Styles’ arrival on Sunday night was the culmination of nearly a decade and a half spent becoming the most praised performer who wasn’t on the WWE roster. He has held the top title in countless promotions, beaten everyone from Kurt Angle to Hiroshi Tanahashi, and is one of only three non-WWE competitors to be named the top wrestler in the world by Pro Wrestling Illustrated. Simply put, if there was a scouting report for potential WWE Superstars, Styles would have been No. 1 on everybody’s list.
